David Gastley is an Atlanta-born and raised attorney who is passionate about fighting for the individual. Whether that means battling an insurance company to help get his clients compensated or battling the state when someone has been accused of a crime, David is ready to take on the challenge.

David graduated with Honors from Emory University School of Law near the top of his class. He was a national finalist on Emory's trial team, received the "best paper" award in torts (personal injury) and received the "best oral advocate" award for legal writing. During law school, David found his passion for fighting for the little guy. While most of his colleagues left law school to accept positions at larger firms, David decided that his own method of litigating cases would better serve clients than firms that take hundreds of clients with the only goal of settling quickly.

In David's spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends at the lake, practicing guitar, and spending time with his dog, Jax.
